We offer a host of services that are customizable to your specific needs. HOSPITALS and HEALTH SYSTEMS:
- TRANSCRIPTION: Reports can be transcribed on your patient system via VPN or other secure connection method. We can also establish an HL7 interface to your hospital system in order to populate the document where you need it and ensure continuity of patient ADT information.
- DICTATION: Dictation capture is most commonly performed using a toll-free telephone number for dictation system access, but we can also capture voice from your in-house dictation system, physician’s PC, handheld digital recorder, smart phone, or any other digital media that you prefer to use.
- INTERFACE: Our interface team has extensive knowledge of all hospital systems and constantly maintains continuing education and certification with regard to the newest and best technologies available in Health IT. We can write custom interfaces for your facility, or use an interface layout previously implemented to further reduce costs and transition time.
- TRANSCRIPTION and DICTATION: The dictation and transcription process is much the same as it would be for our hospital clients. Common dictation methods are telephone recording and digital handheld recorders. We can also accommodate a host of clinic specific dictation options such as, EMR dictation, tablet PC, smart phone, PC, and many other sources of digital dictation capture.
- WEB PORTAL: Our clinical clients enjoy the ease of use associated with our web-based document delivery system. A user specific web portal with customized security access for physicians versus administrators allows the doctor to review, electronically sign, and distribute documentation via fax, print, or email according to the criteria you need. All voice recordings are archived for 30 days and transcribed documents are archived for 1 year. Documents can also be downloaded locally and longer storage options are available as well.
- EMR/PMS SYSTEMS: We also offer a fully functional Practice Management System with a built-in EMR as an optional service. With the transcription integration into our EMR, we can offer the EMR services at a fraction of the cost of other EMR and Practice Management Systems available in the industry today. - EMR INTEGRATION: If you already have an EMR or PMS system at your facility, we can integrate with your current system to populate the medical document within you existing EMR. This saves you time and money and does not interfere with your current process and setup.
- OFF-SHORE PRICING: We offer off-shore transcription services for our clients that request it. This solution allows for lower pricing while still enjoying all the benefits of our systems and tools. If you are considering off-shore transcription, you must ensure that it is done in a controlled, monitored, and secured environment. Our off-shore service allows complete control of workflow while strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations.
